Electronic Floating Candles Troubleshooting Section

- Candles will not come on. 1) Check power outlet to see if there is power. 2) Check connection between the controller and the candles. 3) Unplug the power and plug back in to do a reset.
- Candle globes are fogging up. 1) Un-screw the candle from the globe assembly. 2) Drain and dry all globes 2) Check all o-rings to see if they are installed correctly (One is located between the globe and the candle base, the other is located between the candle base and the strain relief). 3) Check and tighten all connections.
- Candles are not floating upright in the water. 1) After installation allow a short time for the candles to settle. 2) If the candles are positioned in shallow water, weights may be necessary. See purchase section for weight costs and information.
- One light is out. 1) Try changing bulb with a new one. 2) Check all connections to see if they are tight.
