Return Policy: EFC Technologies,LLC accepts merchandise returns subject to the terms outlined below and will replace the product or refund your money.
Steps to go by in processing returned merchandise:
1) Contact a Customer Service representative to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number prior to returning a product.The telephone number for Customer Service is 801-369-7131. 2) All returns need to be made within 10 days of the invoice date, a long with a copy of the original invoice (to be sent with returned product) and a brief statement of the reason for the return. 3) Return freight charge must be prepaid. Sorry C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted.4) Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition. 5) Defective merchandise may be returned within 90 days of the original invoice and falls under warranty quidelines for each product. See warranty information enclosed with the product.
